The hospital premises in Weissenau is located on the southern outskirts of Ravensburg and is easy to reach by car and public transport.

ZfP Südwürttemberg has an integrated care network in the district of Ravensburg and Bodenseekreis (Lake Constance district), allowing numerous people nearby care and support. By outsourcing wards, day clinics, psychiatric outpatient clinics, residential homes and groups to locations in Wangen, Ravensburg, Friedrichshafen, Überlingen and Aulendorf, patients are spared long journeys, noticeably
improving on-site care. An outpatient psychiatric care service provides treatment at home in the Ravensburg area. Cooperation in the community psychiatric associations and with numerous partners further extends the treatment and support services in the region.
